INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATIONS; MARCH 8, 2023

From toiling in farms to working at offices or being a matriarch to heading the boardroom, women are now taking a lead role in shaping the future of families, nations and the new social order. Every year the ‘International Women’s Day’ is celebrated all around the globe on March 8 to commemorate the efforts and achievements of women across all fields.

The Institute also held a brief ceremony to acknowledge the vital contributions of the women in the NIBM team. The keynote speech by Dr. Partha Ray, Director - NIBM, was filled with insightful anecdotes and astute observations regarding the imminent convergence of achievements between both genders in all fields in the coming years.

Later in the day, the Director briefly joined the ‘International Women’s Day’ celebration that was organised for the international delegates participating in the various NIBM International Executive Training programmes held in the campus.
