DELTA BANK – GREEN CITY REGION

Harish is a new head of Delta Bank’s Green City Region. The case presents certain business data, a number of business related emails and office notes awaiting his immediate decision.

The case relates to Harish’s first day in office as Regional Head. He is running against time

as he has to attend to all the notes/ memos/ emails before leaving for a strategic review meeting. The CEO of Delta has called on the very next day.

The case works in two levels, such as:

(a) Decision making under stress, where the knowledge, skills and attitude of the participants are tested.

(b) The second level is about Strategic Thinking skills which middle level leaders need to develop.
